Grizabella the Grammar Cat

by Kashmir

Summary: Created in an IM (Insane Moment), this is a parody of Grizabella the Grammar Cat.

WHAT?

She haunted many element'ry schools

Saw many kittens sittin' on their stools.

She flitted about the teacher's land

From Rising Run to Friendship Land.

And the principal sighed as he scratched his head:

"You'd really have thought she'd just retired."

And who would ever suppose that that

Was Grizabella the Grammar Cat.

Grizabella the Grammar Cat

Grizabella the Grammar Cat.

And who would ever suppose that that

Was Grizabella the Grammar Cat.

She had too many class room rules

So the kittens decided to act like fools.

Griz was not a disciplanary

And found their antics quite contrary.

But the principal sighed as he scratched his head:

"If this keeps up, she'll have to be fired."

And who would ever suppose that that

Was Grizabella the Grammar Cat.

Grizabella the Grammar Cat

Grizabella the Grammar Cat.

And who would ever suppose that that

Was Grizabella the Grammar Cat.

The kittens just would not behave!

The road for Grizabella was paved.

The teachers were sorry to see her go

Her walk was measured, sad, and slow.

And the principal sighed as he scratched his head:

"It's really no use - she should go back to bed."

And who would ever suppose that that

Was Grizabella the Grammar Cat.

Grizabella the Grammar Cat

Grizabella the Grammar Cat.

And who would ever suppose that that

Was Grizabella the Grammar Cat.

And then she came back, back home one day

To see the kittens at recess at play.

They saw her come, they saw her go,

Her usefulness outlived, you know.

And the principal smiled as he clapped his hands:

"To the Heaviside Layer! Isn't that grand?"

And who would ever suppose that tha

Was Grizabella the Grammar Cat!

Grizabella the Grammar Cat

Grizabella the Grammar Cat.

And who would ever suppose that that

Was Grizabella the Grammar Cat.
